Stockton Early College Academy

1. Fill out the SECA application on School Mint. You will need your Delta ID # from Step 2 below to complete your application.
2. Apply to San Joaquin Delta College. Complete only steps 1 and 2 (in the Fall, you will complete steps 3-6 if you’re accepted to SECA).
3.  Send this link: 2026-2027 SECA Recommendation Form to (2) recommenders. One must be from a current Teacher, Counselor, or Administrator. We will automatically receive the recommendation when it is completed. Please confirm with the people you ask that they have completed it to ensure this part of your application is complete.
4. Once EVERYTHING is done and your application has been accepted, we will contact you in late January or early February for a short interview to complete our application process.
5. Any interested student should attend one of our two Open Houses scheduled for Tuesday, November 18^th, and Tuesday, December 9^th, both from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. There will be a question & answer session with Students and Staff from 5:00 pm to 5:45 pm, then an application workshop from 5:45 pm to 7:00 pm with both Delta College and SECA staff. If you plan on attending, please RSVP HERE so we know how many students to prepare for that evening.

We will accept applications from October 20, 2025, through January 23, 2026, at 3:00 pm.
